FAQ | Precision CNC Machining & Die Casting Services

How do you keep my drawings safe?

As we always say, we value the trust customers place in us, especially when sharing designs for precision CNC machining and other manufacturing projects. We can sign a non-disclosure agreement (NDA) before you provide drawings for your precision CNC machining components.

Our 3D printing services are often used to create prototypes for precision CNC machining projects. To get authorized, simply contact our project team with details about your application, including whether it will support a precision CNC machining production run.

Aluminum is a tricky material to weld, but our team has the trained welders, experience, and proper equipment for welding aluminum — even light-gauge aluminum components used in precision CNC machining projects, such as retail shelving, cabinets, electrical boxes, and support frameworks. We often integrate welding as a post-processing step for precision CNC machining parts to ensure structural integrity and performance.

Yes. We regularly machining PVC, Peek, Teflon, Delrin, PPS, PDFE and others.

Can composite materials be machined?

We can machine most carbon-fiber composites, but special tooling is required, and experimentation must be done on each new part to set the correct feeds and speeds.

.What is the CNC Machining Process?

The process of CNC Machining is when the machining tool operation is automated by pre-programmed software. CNC stands for “Computer Numerical Control” which means, the complex machining and tool movement such as speed, coordination, and rate in which the part is fed into the machine is all controlled by software. CAD professionals design and draw up the part in the CAD program and then the machine carries out the repetitive movements rather than human operators so that consistent and precise parts production can be accomplished.

We can provide all kinds of testing certificates, material and dimensional inspection, etc.

Usually, base on your design drawings or original samples, we give some technical proposals

and a quotation to you, after your agreement, we produce for you.

Depending on your specific project, it usually takes 5 to 10 days, but single sample will charge fee.

For batch production we will provide free sample for check before mass production,

but you are expected to pay the freight.

Send us e-mail. In order to quote you as soon as possible, we need the following information:

  1. Detailed drawings (Format: CAD/PDF/DWG/IGES/STEP)
  2. Materials
  3. Quantity
  4. Surface treatment
  5. Any special packaging or other requirement
